Warm Greetings!
As far as NAAC is concerned, no institution could possibly systematize itself and march towards the zenith of achievements and eminence without the efficient function of IQAC. This cell could be valued as quite vital, invariably indispensable and unavoidable. The system it has developed in the institution is merely meant for conscious, secured and well-defined promotional actions to enhance academic and administrative performances in an institution.
Every IQAC member is like a hand of an Octopus that usually works agreeably with the mantle head so as to realize the covetous goals of the institution. We can not keep it apart as it is an integral part of the institution that carefully strives to fetch all required facilities or enable every faculty to make use of the facilities available optimally for the utmost benefits of the aspiring students Community. Likewise, it carefully persuades the faculty members to elevate their positions both academically and socially.
It greatly aims at the overall development of the students and their desirable life-achievements. Furthermore, it periodically interacts with the Community that surrounds the institution and works for its upper mobility in social, political and educational spheres of life.
Its prominent principle is to assure the stake holders, i.e. students, parents, teachers, staff, funding agencies and society in general its accountability, transparency and its committedness to impart quality education and also offers its well-structured managerial functions. Its unique aspect is to nurture high-values in the minds of student and to uphold traditionally acclaimed cultural heritage. It always works incessantly to achieve greatness in all the aspects of collegiate education. Meetings are conducted in all crucial hours and in all important situations to solve academic related snags or problems or to contrive plans to set the institution on the sustained walk of progress. IQAC conducts academic audits to assess the quality of the works already done and to provide valuable suggestions for further developments and achievements.
In a nutshell, the function of IQAC in an educational institution is like a soul in the body. It always remains alert and conscious about the well being and sustained development of the institution.
